We will inform you of the exam fee amount (to cover room hire, invigilation, document shipment, etc) according to the duration of your exam:
total fee = 8,000 yen + (number of hours* x 2,000)
*Rounded up to the nearest 0.5 hour.
If you are taking more than one exams within the same week, the base fee is 8,000 yen for your first exam and 5,000 yen for each subsequent exams.
The fees should be paid into our bank account, details of which you will be notified at the same time. Once you complete the transfer, drop us a line so we can check with our bank to confirm it.
*Cancelling a booking will involve a 1,000 yen fee per cancellation. If you need to cancel closer to the date other costs may be incurred. Please check your schedule in advance!
Send us your Examination Entry Form. Once we confirm the payment (it may take a few days - please bear with us!), we will return your Entry Form with your validation code.
On the test day, bring your current passport or other valid forms of ID (please check in advance) for identification. You will be given a booking at one of the following two test centres in Fukuoka:
